About Us
Padi began in Singapore in 2015 with a simple mission: to share authentic Malay flavours and hospitality through food that brings people together.
From our first outlet in Singapore, we expanded internationally to New York City in 2022 with the opening of Padi D'NYC at Urban Hawker. Along the way, we had the privilege of introducing Malay cuisine to a wider audience, including participating in the renowned Bryant Park Winter Village in the heart of Manhattan.
Today, our journey continues in London. Located at Kensington Food Hall, Padi London serves authentic halal Malay cuisine inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Singapore and Malaysia. From our signature Nasi Ambeng and Beef Rendang to freshly pulled Teh Tarik, every dish reflects the flavours and heritage that have guided us since the beginning.
As we grow across cities and continents, our commitment remains unchanged: authentic food, warm hospitality, and sharing the culture of the Malay Archipelago with every guest we serve.
